Dean – Thank you for what your odor elimination system did for my rental unit. It had been rented to a smoker for 10 years. We had spent over $20,000 to refurbish our condo, and it still had a “smoked” smell. We had replaced all carpet and padding; painted with oil-based “Kilz”; replaced the entire A/C system (including the compressor & air handler, the registers and the entire duct system) and replaced all the appliances. This had reduced the “smoke” smell, but not eliminated it. It was on the market for 5 months without an offer.
 
Your system in two hours and for less than 3% of that cost totally eliminated that “smoke” smell.
